CrossFit Del Mar BootCamp is community based and high energy. This 3 day a week, Mon/Wed/Fri at 9am, program is more challenging than your average BootCamp because it incorporates the CrossFit methodology. The primary focus is on conditioning through rowing, kettlebells, medicine balls, sled pushes, tire flips, rope climbs, box jumps, hill sprints, runs and more. It also includes light barbell movements, but high reps. This program is great for weight loss, and provides extra conditioning by itself or as a great supplement to an established CrossFit regimen. The purpose of this course is to learn specific methods for teaching CrossFit to children and adolescents. Participants learn techniques to overcome the unique challenges of teaching kids CrossFit methodology, as well as how a CrossFit Kids program can help build one's affiliate. Attendees will also see how CrossFit Kids is changing the lives of children and teens around the world for the better. Other topics covered include neurological development as it relates to exercise, weightlifting, health and safety, programming, teaching styles, class structure, and kids games. Throughout the course, participants learn how to pair fitness with fun - which is essential in promoting a lifetime of fitness. Affiliate owners, teachers, coaches, parents, home-schooling families and others benefit from learning this unique, kid-friendly approach to teaching CrossFit.

Beginning April 9th with a meeting at 8am. This program is intended to educate, support and guide clients looking to lose weight, gain muscle and improve nutritional understanding.
As we know doing things alone is hard…that is what is amazing about Crossfit and this program.
This program entails: 6 weeks of group/coaching support by email, phone, or text w/Coach Dave and Coach Kim, an initial weigh in and measurements, a weekly process meeting Saturdays at 8a for group support, a weekly weigh in, nutritional guidance and education, support from your fellow peers, and final exit measurements.
