A1: 8 Single Arm DB Bench Press (work quickly to last last week's heaviest set, all four sets AROUND that weight)
A2: 8 Barbell Strict Press (same as above)
B: Class vs Class!
Use the following movements to accumulate the most weight (barbells), reps (gymnastics) and distance(running/rowing), possible!
Pull Ups or Ring Rows
T2B or Hanging Knee Raises
HSPU (No scale, if No HSPU, nix as a movement)
Each person must complete at least 5 of each barbell and gymnastic movement (progressions count), and Run 400m/Row 500m.
Scoring is done as average of class total/number of participants in class. Rank at the end of the day in classic CF competition style. Fewest points wins.

CrossFit Del Mar BootCamp is community based and high energy. This 3 day a week, Mon/Wed/Fri at 10am, program is more challenging than your average BootCamp because it incorporates the CrossFit methodology. The primary focus is on conditioning through rowing, kettlebells, medicine balls, sled pushes, tire flips, rope climbs, box jumps, hill sprints, runs and more. It also includes light barbell movements, but high reps. This program is great for weight loss, and provides extra conditioning by itself or as a great supplement to an established CrossFit regimen.
